Connecticut Surgical Group is pleased to announce that Marcia Nelson, Surgical Scheduler in the Vascular Surgery Division, has been named the recipient of the 2009 CSG Excellence in Patient Care & Service Award.

 

Her achievevements were recognized by her colleagues and physicians who nominated her for this honor.

CSG created the Excellence in Patient Care and Service Award in 2008 in honor of Ardean Brown, an employee who was outstanding in her devotion to the highest possible standard of patient care and Service.  The first receipient of the award, Karen Slavin, was named in 2007.  The 2008 receipient was Carlette Johnson.
